1:1 Play Therapy
Ericka will offer an array of creative activities in order to observe children’s natural talents, understand some of their early stage skillsets and provide feedback to parents on how to best help their child flourish. This 2 hour session includes 1 hour of play therapy and a 1 hour parent conference. Please schedule a free 15 min consultation before booking
Child & Family Coaching
personalized coaching sessions designed to strengthen family connections and support children's emotional development. Through gentle guidance and practical strategies, families learn to navigate challenges together while fostering deeper understanding and communication.​

Literacy Classes

Offering a unique approach to early reading and phonetic development for children ages 4 and up. Combining traditional literacy skills with Loveland's nature-based learning environment, children will discover the joy of literacy through hands-on experiences.

First Friday Community Event
NEW THIS YEAR!​ The first Friday of every month, the Loveland Sanctuary will be open to the community. This event is for the entire family, but spaces are limited.
There will be table top activities for children, interaction with the donkeys, full use of the playground and Jessi from Dream Weaver Studio will be doing a hand working demo for the children.

Frequently Asked Questions
Please dress your child in clothes you don't mind getting dirty or even stained, we do a lot of messy projects.
CLOSED TOE SHOES ARE REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES. If a child comes to the sanctuary and does not have on the appropriate shoes they may not be able to participate in all the activities.
Please have your child come with a filled water bottle labeled with their first name and last initial.
No outside food or drink. Children will be provided with a snack and water bottles can be filled during
their stay if necessary.
Yes, you can stay with your child. However, Loveland was created as a place for parents to feel safe dropping off their children. Our goal is to encourage your Childs independence and create a space that they feel safe inside themself here. Tot Time is the only class that requires parental attendance at all times.
Fruits, vegetables and proteins are our main snacks. If we are offering a cooking class or a special themed class, snacks may vary depending on the experience we are trying to create. All of our snacks are made of organic/grass fed ingredients unless otherwise noted.
Yes! If your child's experience includes gardening they will get to eat freshly picked vegetables and fruits.
Yes, Loveland Sanctuary is not a licensed daycare facility, therefore we do not have the ability to change your child here. If your child has an accident, we will contact you for pick up. For Toddler Time we do have a diaper changing table located in the first hallway.
Yes. If your child has special needs please request an initial consultation so we can have the appropriate staff necessary to accommodate your chid.
Yes we accept ESA. We are not a provider but we have been approved for you to submit payment with a completed Attestation Form from Ericka.
No. The donkeys at Loveland are strictly for used for social matters. Donkey offerings include grooming, petting, and walking in the pasture.
Starting in January we will offer Donkey Experiences that will include a more personal experience with the donkeys.
At this time Loveland is not available to rent for private parties.
